Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Finance

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparation and analysis of REIT and REIT Manager's accounts, financial statements, forecasts and budgets, including cash flow
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of its subsidiaries, financial statements and financial processes
• Consolidation of group financials and preparation SGX and MAS reporting
• Preparation of distributions to unitholders and tax computations
• Assist in periodical financial reporting, including Group Reporting, and ad hoc reports as required and liaisons with internal/external auditors/tax agents
• Liaison with overseas finance teams and ensure timely reporting from them
• Ensuring compliance to SGX, MAS, corporate and statutory guidelines and adherence to internal controls
• To participate in and support REIT's ESG efforts and reporting
• Ad hoc projects as required

• Recognised Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
• At least 5-7 years working experience, preferably a few years of experience as Big Four auditor in the initial years
• Conversant with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and other regulatory compliance requirements of listed companies
• Meticulous, committed, and good team player with strong analytical skills
• Self-driven and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of Yardi and BPC consolidation module will be an added advantage
• Prior experience working in a REIT will be an added advantage
