Job Description
To provide technical and administrative support for facility management and maintenance operations at NUS.
- Attend to and follow up on complaints lodged by users via FMS/CMMS and email.
- Manage operations of campus facilities, including conducting site inspections, attending meetings, and coordinating with stakeholders and contractors.
- Supervise and monitor contractors to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with specifications, schedules are strictly adhered to, and quality of work meets the required standards.
- Prepare contract documents for term contracts, facility renewal works, and renovation projects, and provide support for the procurement of other services.
- Assist in the planning and management of daily operations as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Qualifications
Qualification:
- Relevant Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Estate Management.
Years Of Experience
- 3-7 years of Facilities Management or related experience.
Knowledge / Skills (preferred)
- Attended/ Green Mark Accredited Professional (Facilities Management)
- Attended/ Certified Fire Safety Manager
- Attended/ Certified Project Manager
- Attended/ Certified Workplace Safety Management
- Knowledge of Building Services and M&E Systems
- Experience with Building Management Systems / Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Competent in MS Office applications
