As an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, for Community Care Nursing Leadership (CCNLP), you will be part of the team responsible for ensuring effective programme delivery and achieving talent development outcomes for nursing leadership. You will play a key role in strengthening a robust nursing talent pipeline through the CCNL programme, serving as the main talent partner for nursing talents and tracking their development progress alongside HR division of stakeholders. You will also support leadership succession planning and contribute to the implementation of the Community Care Leadership Competency Framework (CCLF) to prepare nursing leaders for evolving sector challenges. In addition, you will work closely with all CCNLP's Talent Partners (TP) in reviewing the received Individual Development Plans (IDPs) from each Community Care Organisation (CCO) in ensuring relevancy of proposed developmental initiatives, courses, conferences and attachments.
