Brand Management
Support the implementation of branding strategies and initiatives to enhance Company's identity, reputation and public perception
. Assist in implementing branding strategies and ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across marketing materials and digital platforms
. Support brand audits and gather stakeholder feedback to help refine branding efforts
. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand integrity in campaigns
Marketing Campaign Execution
Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of marketing campaigns to drive commercial growth and community engagement, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and data-driven optimization for maximum impact
. Support the development and coordination of marketing campaigns
. Assist in managing campaign timelines, budgets, and production of marketing assets such as digital content and print collateral
. Monitor campaign performance metrics and report
. Help adjust campaign tactics based on data to improve reach and engagement
Content & Creative Development
Conceptualise and implement content plans across digital platforms, corporate publications and media to build brand awareness and generate leads for Company
. Produce high-quality, multi-channel content including videos, presentations, and marketing assets to support business pursuits
. Coordinate photography and videography projects to enhance communications and marketing activities
. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and cohesive
Public and Media Relations
Support the development and maintenance of positive relationships with media outlets, journalists, and community partners to ensure consistent messaging and strengthen Company's reputation
. Assist in media outreach activities including preparing press releases and coordinating media briefings
. Help maintain relationships with media contacts and community partners
. Support crisis communication efforts and respond to media inquiries as directed
Event and Stakeholder Engagement Support
Support the planning and coordination of corporate events and stakeholder engagement activities by managing logistics and ensuring smooth execution
. Assist in planning and executing corporate events, staff engagement activities, and promotional functions
. Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, and materials preparation
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
. At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in marketing, or communications roles, preferably within arts, culture, entertainment, sports or community engagement sectors
. Proven track record in supporting marketing campaigns, brand management and stakeholder engagement
. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms relevant to audience engagement and event promotion
Specific Skills (Knowledge, skills and abilities)
. Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing campaign execution
. Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems
. Basic proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop and video editing software to assist in creating engaging promotional materials
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders
. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
. Data Privacy & Compliance Knowledge - Understanding of data privacy laws and regulations relevant to digital marketing and data collection (e.g. PDPA in Singapore). Ability to implement compliant marketing practices that protect visitor and customer information collected through ticketing, events, and precinct activities, ensuring trust and legal adherence in a dynamic startup environment
. Content Management & Marketing Analytics - Knowledge of content management systems and marketing analytics platforms. Ability to manage digital content across multiple channels (e.g., website, social media) and analyse marketing data to optimize campaigns, enhance visitor experience, and support business growth in a fast-paced startup setting.
. Digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools Familiarity - Knowledge or proficiency in common digital platforms and show willingness to learn and adapt to new AI-powered applications as they become available.
