Job Description

The Assistant Manager/Senior Executive for Content Production will lead, plan and create content and event coverage across Universal Studios Singapore, Singapore Oceanarium, and Adventure Cove Waterpark, ensuring alignment with brand narratives, campaign goals, and content calendars.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead event and activation coverage across all three attractions (Universal Studios Singapore, Singapore Oceanarium and Adventure Cove Waterpark) ensuring alignment with content calendars, campaign priorities, and brand narratives.
  • Translate brand and marketing objectives into compelling platform-native creative concepts and content executions that build desire, drive conversions, and inspire advocacy across social media and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Education and Conservation & Science) to turn business priorities and attraction experiences into engaging social-ready stories that resonate with audiences.
  • Oversee the end-to-end content production workflow - storyboarding, filming, editing, and refinement of story angles - ensuring output ladders up to content pillars and strategic goals for each attraction.
  • Create a wide range of original, engaging digital content for use across social media channels and a variety of onsite and online touchpoints.
  • Translate content briefs into actionable production plans, coordinate timelines, and manage stakeholder expectations on deliverables.
  • Monitor content performance and audience feedback to iterate and enhance future storytelling approaches across attractions.
  • Stay abreast of content, social, and cultural trends to keep creative output fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing Communications, Digital Media or any other relevant discipline.
  • 3 - 6 years of experience in social-first content creation, digital or social media production (in-house, agency, or freelance).
  • Experience with live event coverage or attractions-based content is advantageous.
  • Experience with live events and attractions will be a bonus.
  • Strong handson skills in video production and photography, from concept to post-production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong organisational and workflow management skills; able to handle multiple projects and shoots across locations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing stakeholders and creative teams.
  • Deep understanding of social-first content and digital trends, including audience behaviour, platform best practices, and distribution strategies.
  • Comfortable with social copywriting, content planning, and adapting creative ideas to fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for storytelling, entertainment, marine life/conservation - especially in making complex topics inspiring and accessible to broad audiences.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant social and digital content work is strongly preferred.
