Job Description

Wilson is partnering with a renowned education company to help identify an experienced Talent Acquisition professional for their established team. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in providing end to end talent acquisition support for their growing business in Singapore. This is a 1 year contract role, which will be converted to permanent based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for the end-to-end direct sourcing and recruitment lifecycle for all positions, from sourcing to interviewing along with salary benchmarking and offer management
  • Handle volume hiring, ensuring timely closures and quality delivery across all business functions.
  • Partner with various internal stakeholders on hiring related matters such as contract management, terms of employment, compensation package approvals, and onboarding status.
  • Understand the business needs and build a relevant strategy and a healthy pipeline of relevant talent.
  • Provide cost effective and solution-based approach in sourcing strategies, gather market intelligence and keep abreast of external market trends
  • Ensure recruitment practices, processes and governance are in compliant to the organization's regulations and standards

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience as an in-house talent acquisition specialist or a combination of agency and in-house recruitment.
  • Must have experience handling volume hiring, open to any industry background.
  • Good business acumen and a strategic mindset with solid track record in end-to-end direct recruitment efforts, along with the ability to partner with key stakeholders
  • Knowledgeable in local legislations, compensation and basic financials in order to achieve an effective offer presentation and negotiation
  • Highly driven, energetic, resilient and open minded professional who can work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and with the ability to build good rapport with candidates and stakeholders of all levels
  • Willing to travel to the West region of Singapore - office transportation is provided at selected MRT stations.
