Join a healthcare team dedicated to quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical governance. Drive programme coordination, data analysis, and process enhancement initiatives that support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Clinical Governance & QualitySupport

  • Coordinate and support quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical governance initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to committees and workgroups.
  • Support incident management activities and assist in root cause analysis processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and service delivery.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret operational and quality-related data.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to support decision-making and improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and support reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Programme & WorkshopManagement

  • Plan,coordinate, and execute workshops, training programmes, and learning activities.
  • Manage programme schedules, venue arrangements, logistics, registrations, and communications.
  • Coordinate project submissions, reviews, approvals, and related documentation.
  • Support project review sessions and track programme timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain programme materials, templates, guidelines, and checklists.

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate programme delivery and operational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate communications with participants, faculty members, and departments.
  • Support engagement and awareness initiatives through various communication channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in healthcare operations, quality improvement, clinical governance, project management, programme management, or related functions.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare meaningful reports.
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with healthcare systems, digitalisation, automation, or process improvement initiatives will be an advantage.
