Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support and Service:
. Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions to meet their specific needs.
. Collaborate with the technical team or third party to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
. End to end solution of customer enquiry and resolution
. Oversee the execution of marine service projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality service to clients.
Documentation and Reporting:
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
. Ensuring generation of service reports as per services rendered on board vessel or in workshop
. Ensuring service reports and other relevant documentation are signed by end client up to the satisfaction
. Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and service delivery.
Sales and Business Development:
. Identify and pursue new or existing business opportunities within the marine industry.
. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications:
. Preferable Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
. Proven experience in sales/service within the marine industry, with a strong understanding of marine products and services.
. Technical knowledge and proficiency in marine engineering concepts.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Willingness to work/attends calls outside normal working hours
