Job Description

SCREEN SPE Singapore Pte Ltd is an established company providing semiconductor products with world-class customer service. With clients in South East Asia and Southern Asia, they are well established within this region.

Role Summary:

Provide customer service and to bring in maximum sales revenue and increase market share for company.

Purpose of the Position:

To manage the account, provide response to sales enquiry, making sure correct tool set and good service quality deliver to customer that meet customer requirement helping them to achieve good end product with great satisfaction.

The key responsibilities and duties for this position include:

Visit existing customers and create new sales/new accounts

Develop and maintain after sales support

Keep credit worthiness within customers to achieve customer's satisfaction

Gather market and competitor information and feedback

Sales administration

Promotion & marketing of equipment to customers, working closely with HQ

Liaise with customers for sales order delivery update to ensure smooth implementation of projects

Assist Head of Sales department to achieve annual sales target

Working with Japan sales support and technical group in providing responses to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation receive follow by quotation/proposal making to customers

To maintain cost effective within the section so as to achieve company overall profitability.

Following up closely for purchase order and payment collection

Execute the plans and responsibility put forward by the higher management of company from time to time in achieving company common goal and target

Job Requirement:

Proficiency in Japanese language (both written and spoken) is requried as this position is required to communicate and negotiate with counterparts in Japan Headquarters, important stakeholders and clients

Strong conceptual selling, presentation, closing and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs

Respond quickly and effectively to the changing environment and difficult situations

Team player and able to work effectively in a team

Demonstrate good networking skills

Demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm to engage customers

Outgoing attitude with good customer service

Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time

Ability to adapt to changing environments
