Responsibilities:
Marketing & Communications
- Lead and oversee all marketing initiatives and strategies in alignment with the Club's objectives and branding.
- Plan, strategize and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, revenue growth and patronage of the Club's facilities, food and beverage outlets, events and services.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and departments to support their marketing and promotional needs.
- Develop and maintain the Club's branding standards and ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Spearhead corporate publicity, promotional campaigns and communication initiatives including membership launches, special events and corporate activities.
- Liaise with the communications team and external vendors on the production and updating of promotional materials such as corporate videos, brochures, pamphlets and digital content.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships, sponsorships and collaborative marketing opportunities locally and internationally to enhance the Club's market presence.
- Assess and review the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements for continuous enhancement.
MICE , Banquet & Wedding Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive MICE, banquet, wedding and event revenue for the Club.
- Identify business opportunities and actively source for corporate clients, event organisers , wedding couples, wedding planners and strategic partners.
- Manage enquiries, proposals, negotiations and coordination for banquet, meeting, wedding and event bookings.
- Work closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth planning, execution and delivery of events and functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor market trends and competitors activities to identify opportunities for business growth and service enhancement.
- Track sales performance, revenue targets and customer satisfaction relating to MICE, banquet, wedding and event operations.
Leadership& Management
- Lead, mentor and develop the team to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high performance standards.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure effective execution of departmental functions and initiatives.
- Plan, manage and monitor departmental budgets, expenditure and resources to ensure cost effectiveness and alignment with approved budgets.
- Prepare management reports, presentations and performance analysis for stakeholders and Management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, strategic partners and sponsors.
- Liaise closely with the Sponsorship, Advertising & Marketing Sub-Committee to support the development and execution of sponsorship, advertising and marketing initiatives, and to drive revenue generation and brand visibility for the Club.
- Lead and drive projects and campaigns linked to sales, revenue generation and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by Management/General Manager.
