Supporting the Sales and Marketing Division, this position will overseesales control activity, ensure compliance and drive accurate financialreporting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales control operations on timely basis.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and audit requirements
- Oversee sales closing and ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Prepare and present the annual budgeting process, including consolidation and analysis of budgets
- Coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain to reconcile sales and inventory data
- Manage product mix of sales in line with supply chain and business plans
- Drive process improvements and maintain/update SOPs
- Lead system and ERP enhancements to improve operational efficiency
- Supervise and develop a team of Sales Control staff
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, or related discipline with at least 5 years of experience
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across regions and manage diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective team player with good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Occasional travelling is expected
