The roleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented sales professional to join our team in a mid-entry role focused on structured cabling solutions. The successful candidate will support account development, manage ongoing client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth targets within the structured cabling and ICT distribution market. This role offers strong development potential for individuals looking to grow in technical sales or account management within the ICT infrastructure sector.

Key accountabilities

  • Support the management and growth of key customer accounts across the structured cabling segment.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and technical documentation in coordination with internal teams.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and system integrators.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned accounts and market segments.
  • Track sales progress and ensure timely, accurate billings in line with agreed targets.
  • Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to support smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product developments, structured cabling standards, and emerging market trends. Skills & experience
  • Diploma in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, or account coordination within the structured cabling, ICT, or enterprise infrastructure sector.
  • Familiarity with structured cabling systems (e.g., copper, fiber, racks, and accessories) and vendor product lines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A self-driven individual with a positive attitude, eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
