What The Role Is
You will be part of the marketing and business development team for new estates
What You Will Be Working On
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve optimal occupancy, rental growth, and trade performance
- Identify, source, and negotiate with prospective tenants
- Curate and manage tenant mix aligned with mall's positioning, target catchment, and asset strategy
- Lead lease negotiations including rental rates, tenure, and key commercial terms
- Prepare and review Letters of Offer, tenancy agreements, and renewals
- Manage the full tenancy lifecycle: onboarding, fit out coordination, opening, renewals and exits
- Build and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships

- Relevant background in business, marketing and real estate
- Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
