What The Role Is
You will be part of dynamic team, driving the real estate and development function, where you will evaluate investment opportunities for new and existing estates
What You Will Be Working On
- Evaluate and conduct due diligence on real estate and development opportunities
- Lead portfolio and asset assessments, including operational and compliance reviews
- Perform market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies to support decision-making
- Support development initiatives, adaptive reuse projects, and asset enhancement strategies
- Develop proposals, presentation materials, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Drive portfolio optimization, operational improvements, and value creation initiatives
- Coordinate project execution, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate submissions, and carry out tender process to award
- Ensure tender process is compliant with policies and procedures
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Present recommendations and project updates to senior management
What We Are Looking For
- Background in Finance, Arts, Real Estate, Business, or related discipline
- 3–5 years experience in real estate, business development, or project execution roles
- Good understanding of real estate markets, asset operations, and development processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in financial analysis, market research and feasibility assessment preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated team player with strong organizational and execution capabilities
