Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance (Laboratory Services)

We are looking for an Assistant Manager (Quality Assurance) to support QA, regulatory, and accreditation activities across laboratories in multiple clinics.

Responsibilities:

• Review monthly QC trends and prepare EQAS reports

• Investigate QC/EQAS outliers and support corrective actions

• Update SOPs/WIs and train staff on QA standards

• Assist with new instrument evaluation

• Administer staff proficiency tests and monitor KPIs

• Support regulatory matters (e.g., HCSA, Singapore Customs, Corporate Pass)

• Coordinate accreditation activities and internal/external audits (ISO 15189)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

• 2-5 years experience in a core laboratory setting

• Experience with regulatory and accreditation processes preferred

• ASCP certification is an advantage

• Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
