Job Description

The Job

  • Support the Division in tracking the status of various projects and engage with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor the performance of key contractors and ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed terms and conditions
  • Raise Procurement Requests in coordination with the Corporate Procurement team.
  • Maintain a register of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Contracts for the Division, ensuring timely renewals.
  • Prepare periodic presentations and reports for management review.
  • Manage tenancy-related accounts and associated administrative matters.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as training and guidance will be provided
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous and attentive to detail.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a strong sense of responsibility to anticipate issues and complete assignments on time.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in preparing impactful PowerPoint presentations.
