What you'll be doing
- Manage outsourcing projects from planning through to delivery
- Support day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs as it should
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, building trust through reliability
- Handle tender preparation and submissions
- Identify gaps and improve processes where needed
- Work across teams to support business needs

- Experience in HR outsourcing operations and project management
- Familiarity with tenders is important for this role
- Able to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details

- Team management experience preferred
