PIWG and product launches

  • Manage PIWG, including :
  • Drive GGIRP Stage 2 (Product Implementation) and Stage 3 (Post-Launch) implementations
  • Project management (i.e scope, timeline, budget and risk/issues) on Motor & Plines product launches and Day 2.
  • Facilitate bi-weekly PIWG meeting
  • Responding to MAS / internal audit requests on PIWG
  • Perform product configuration in Product Packager.
  • Document business requirement for New Business and Underwriting (for Personal Lines and Motor Distribution teams).
  • Review IT solution (i.e Business Solution Document) and sign-off.
  • Perform UAT and sign off on the enhancement.
  • Change management – document user guide and conduct user briefing on system changes.
  • Product launches include new product launches, new product features, repricing, etc

Business Initiatives

  • Drive business initiatives implementation raised by Personal Lines and Motor team
  • Provide user requirements & business solution to IT
  • Review IT solutions & sign off.
  • Perform UAT & sign-off.
  • Support presales initiatives including campaign management engine, activation portals for customer and intermediaries, underwriting and new business issuance related processes.

BAU support

  • Provide support on production issues on need basis e.g clarification on system or process related to pre-sales
  • Perform regression testingfor IT server upgrade or tech refresh, etc
  • Support data extraction
