Assistant Manager, Procurement & Purchasing

Job Summary:

• Hospitality Industry
• Salary Range: Up $5,000 + AWS + VB
• Working Location: Central
• 5 days working day

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and to oversees the operation of the Tactical Procurement Team.
• Responsible for guiding and improving the hotel purchasing activities including local sourcing
• Establish and negotiate all contracts to ensure reduced pricing for all operating areas of the hotel.
• Implement the contracts executed by the procurement team. Ensure hotel compliance across Hotel spend categories at L2 & L3
• Develop the hotel procurement support team to drive innovation, continuous improvement and cost benefits to Hotels and Owners
• Develop and implement responsible procurement strategies (risk, sustainability and diversity) within hotels
• Develop and manage successful supplier relationship management plans and monitor supplier performance. Ensure Code of Conduct and Green Supplier Questionaires

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hospitality industry is a must.
