Job Description

Brief Summary

Join our team as an Assistant Manager, where your expertise will be pivotal in driving organisational development (OD) and enhancing team effectiveness. This role offers the opportunity to foster a culture aligned with our strategic objectives while ensuring successful implementation of OD initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and implementation of organisational development plans that align with strategic priorities and values. Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment of organisational goals and priorities at both strategic and team levels. Coordinate activities that promote a strong organisational culture and values. Track and report on OD initiatives and outcomes to foster continuous improvement. Assist in the planning and execution of OD workplans, including annual and quarterly initiatives. Support implementation of OD interventions such as workshops and engagement sessions, collaborating with stakeholders and external vendors as necessary. Manage logistics and timelines for programme delivery and ensure smooth operations. Facilitate change management activities, including developing communication materials and coordinating training sessions. Assist in the creation of learning materials to enhance organisational and team effectiveness. Plan and execute staff engagement initiatives and employer branding efforts in collaboration with Human Resources and Communications. Coordinate logistics for leadership engagement and team-building activities. Liaise with external partners to support various OD-related events and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a service or healthcare setting. Experience in organisation-wide transformation or change management is highly advantageous. Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills. Proven capability to prioritise tasks, stay organised, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Excellent analytical, communication, written, and presentation skills. Team-oriented with a high degree of initiative and independence. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate positive relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proactive approach with a commitment to achieving required outcomes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
