Job Description


  • Support key compensation initiatives such as bonuses and increment exercises, which include processes from planning, simulation, implementation, communication and other related work.
  • Work closely with internal key stakeholders in the design/review, development and implementation of compensation related initiative.
  • Support in the review of compensation related initiatives/project, as and when assigned.
  • Conduct regular review of cluster's HR compensation policies and be familiar with HR system set-up to ensure compliance and alignment.
  • Support the collation and checking of remuneration related compensation data, as and when assigned.
  • Keep abreast of local legislative changes to ensure compliance.
  • Participate and support in any other initiatives/projects, as and when assigned.

  • Degree (in any discipline)
  • At least 4 to 6 years HR experience preferably in the area of Compensation
  • Meticulous and comfortable with handling large scale data sets using Excel
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Familiar with SuccessFactor system (HR related module) will be good to have
