Job Scope
. Oversee daily operations of service points, including front counter and admin functions and address any safety risks
. Ensure SOP compliance and review and update SOPs regularly
. Manage budgeting, financial reviews, and development of new services
. Handle CAPEX/OPEX procurement and ensure operational readiness
. Support licensing renewals and ensure regulatory compliance
. Maintain compliance records and implement corrective actions
. Train staff on licensing requirements and compliance standards
. Manage renovation projects from planning to completion
. Ensure smooth contractor handover and minimal service disruption
. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project updates
. Conduct staff training, workshops, and e-learning initiatives and ensure staff readiness for downtime procedures
. Develop and maintain business continuity plans
Requirements
. Minimum Degree in any discipline
. Minimum 3 years work experience in healthcare industry
. Healthcare operational experience will be advantageous although not necessary
