Job Description

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Lead of Onboarding, you will be part of the Manpower Development team responsible for handling administration matters of our Financial Representatives.

The Job

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new applicant, including reviewing on the fit and proper of the applicant and documentation review.
  • Support the preparation of onboarding materials and presentations.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and answer basic inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the onboarding team to streamline processes and improve user experience.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in onboarding.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing the onboarding process.
  • Participate in ongoing project involving the enhancement of Great Career system by working with internal and external stakeholders in applying AI technology.
  • Support ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as assigned.
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

Our Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree Holders.
  • 2 3 years working experience.
  • Team player.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A self-starter who is keen to learn and positive work attitude.
  • Meticulous, diligent and well organized; and
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
