Job Purpose
Reporting to the Lead of Onboarding, you will be part of the Manpower Development team responsible for handling administration matters of our Financial Representatives.
The Job
- Assist in the onboarding process for new applicant, including reviewing on the fit and proper of the applicant and documentation review.
- Support the preparation of onboarding materials and presentations.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and answer basic inquiries.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to streamline processes and improve user experience.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in onboarding.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing the onboarding process.
- Participate in ongoing project involving the enhancement of Great Career system by working with internal and external stakeholders in applying AI technology.
- Support ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as assigned.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Our Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree Holders.
- 2 3 years working experience.
- Team player.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A self-starter who is keen to learn and positive work attitude.
- Meticulous, diligent and well organized; and
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
