As an Assistant Manager for NUHS@Home, you will play a vital role in the coordination and management of our patients care. We're looking for people with new ideas and a can-do attitude. Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage financial counselling operations for NUHS@Home.
- Liaise with Billing Office on billing matters, including clarifications on patient bills and tagging of inpatient codes.
- Supervise daily ground operations in the Ops Room to ensure smooth workflows.
- Manage logistics, procurement, onboarding/offboarding, and administrative coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Communications) and external partners/vendors.
- Support programme expansion through stakeholder engagement and vendor management, including feedback for process improvement.
- Optimise and streamline operations workflows to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Lead and facilitate ground operations meetings.
- Undertake other ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude who can also work independently.
- Prior experience in healthcare or hospital operations will be an added advantage.
