As an Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications (Content Creation), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Contribute to the planning and execution of branding, marketing campaigns, and organizational events
- Collaborate with internal teams to support their communication, events, and engagement needs
- Support the development and rollout of brand strategies across internal and external channels
- Help create consistent brand experiences across all touchpoints
- Execute employer branding campaigns to enhance employee engagement and experience
- Manage day-to-day content and community engagement on the organization's LinkedIn page to drive brand visibility and thought leadership
- Quality-check marketing collaterals, newsletters, and video content to ensure consistency in corporate identity
- Track campaign performance and social media metrics
- Provide general administrative support as required
