Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager to support the launch and sales of residential developments in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in project launches, marketing campaigns, sales operations, and client engagement, contributing directly to revenue growth and strengthening the developer's brand positioning.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular market research, prepare and present weekly presentation slides on market trends and competitors sales.
  • Lead in conceptualization and development of sales gallery and show units
  • Liaise with authorities to obtain required approvals to facilitate sales launch
  • Ensure sales gallery and show units are in smooth operation
  • Liaise and manage marketing agencies to ensure sales targets are met
  • Prepare sales kits and conduct project briefings for agents
  • Formulate and execute pricing strategies, marketing plans and activities
  • Support sales operations, including commission processing, accurately and on time.
  • Handle after-sales administration and implementation of sales documents
  • Track and control budgets and expenditures
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team player with strong passion and good initiative in real estate sales and marketing
  • Independent, meticulous, resourceful, able to multi-task and handle pressure well
  • Able to work weekends when required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel with acumen for numbers
  • Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Marketing or Business Management preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of real estate or relevant marketing experience
