Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager / Manager to support the launch and sales of residential developments in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in project launches, marketing campaigns, sales operations, and client engagement, contributing directly to revenue growth and strengthening the developer's brand positioning.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct regular market research, prepare and present weekly presentation slides on market trends and competitors sales.
- Lead in conceptualization and development of sales gallery and show units
- Liaise with authorities to obtain required approvals to facilitate sales launch
- Ensure sales gallery and show units are in smooth operation
- Liaise and manage marketing agencies to ensure sales targets are met
- Prepare sales kits and conduct project briefings for agents
- Formulate and execute pricing strategies, marketing plans and activities
- Support sales operations, including commission processing, accurately and on time.
- Handle after-sales administration and implementation of sales documents
- Track and control budgets and expenditures
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player with strong passion and good initiative in real estate sales and marketing
- Independent, meticulous, resourceful, able to multi-task and handle pressure well
- Able to work weekends when required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel with acumen for numbers
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Marketing or Business Management preferred
- Minimum 7 years of real estate or relevant marketing experience
