Join Sembcorp Specialised Construction

  • Sembcorp Specialised Construction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, provides design and build services with an in-house multidisciplinary consultancy. Specialising in building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects, we deliver innovative and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Establish Quality Management System (QMS) to manage and deliver works and services to meet the safety, quality and performance of the service standard
  • Lead and supervise a team of Executives
  • Performance of internal audits and record checking to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation standards and contract requirement
  • Manage the Document Control system
  • Review processes and ensuring subcontractors comply and complete their work according with contract requirements
  • Conduct assessments and review on sub-contractors Performance
  • Identify areas for improvement in audit and/or assessment processes
  • Prepare monthly report on the quality of works and services performed by team and subcontractors
  • Other project or duties as assigned.

Qualification, Skills And Experience

  • Diploma/degree in engineering, facilities or estates management or equivalent with relevant training in Quality Management System (QMS), ISO requirements and its application
  • Quality Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor training course in ISO or other equivalent certification
  • Experience in IFM related field or auditing field is preferred
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Possess skillsets in audit management, data collection and analysis, quality and internal controls
