Job Summary
This is a project management role focused on the integration of specialised systems and themed attraction elements supplied by global vendors. The role is part of our Projects team and covers the full cycle from tendering through site execution and multi-party coordination involving global vendors, consultants, contractors, internal teams, and site stakeholders with differing responsibilities and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead tender processes for integration packages and related supporting services. Compile multi-discipline drawings and evaluate technical and commercial submissions for best fit.
- Manage post-award interfaces across consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure coordinated delivery.
- Drive assigned workstreams with a focus on strategic and operational outcomes, while handling applicable administrative tasks to keep work clear and progressing.
- Maintain clear and concise communication so that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project. Provide practical guidance to team members where necessary.
- Support project controls (e.g., schedule, risk, budget) as required.

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- Practical experience with controls systems, specialised electrical infrastructure, or themed scenic construction is a strong advantage.
- Strong command of English. Conversational Mandarin is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on active construction sites and support occasional evening or weekend work as required.
