- This is an exciting opportunity to join the Panasonic family as an Assistant Manager/Manager (Project Management).
- In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects within the company.
- You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of these initiatives.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement project plans to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
- Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies to minimize disruptions and ensure projects run smoothly
- Effectively communicate project status, milestones and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
- Continuously look for ways to improve project delivery processes and implement best practices
What we're looking for
- Significant experience in programme and project management, ideally within the Information & Communication Technology industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead cross-functional projects
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field or equivalent experience
- Project Management experience and familiar with Singapore-specific regulations (e.g. IM8, PDPA, Cybersecurity Act) and standards for public-sector projects
- Experience in oversight of cybersecurity protocols and data governance on infrastructure security
