We're looking for an
Assistant Manager/ Manager, People Operations (POPS) to lead regional HR operations across
Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and the US. This role anchors the day-to-day delivery of HR excellence; ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a great employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coach local HR and office teams to ensure consistent, smooth operations.
- Oversee HR processes across markets (i.e. Contracts, payroll inputs, benefits, and employee movements).
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen HR systems and documentation.
- Manage people data and reporting to support audits, planning, and business reviews.
- Partner with People, Finance, Legal, and Ops on cross-functional HR matters.
Who You Are
- 710 years of experience in HR operations or regional HR generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia labor laws.
- Proven experience managing distributed HR or office teams.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and confident working with data and reports.
- A hands-on, people-first leader who values both structure and empathy.
