Assistant Manager / Manager (Organisation Excellence)
The Organisation Excellence team plays a crucial role in supporting the management in tracking the organisation's progress towards achieving its goals and driving improvements. We are seeking a motivated, dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in reviewing, developing, and implementing initiatives aimed at addressing gaps and enhancing our management systems, policies, and processes. This role involves tracking and optimising performance metrics, leading key dialogues and events, and supporting various initiatives to boost organisational performance and stakeholder engagement.
In This Role, You Will
- Monitor and report on organisation's achievements towards its goals via the Corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Optimise and digitalise the reporting processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Author papers and slides for reporting to senior management on organisation's achievements
- Lead the organisation and execution of strategic dialogues and events involving senior management, including providing logistics support
- Collaborate with relevant departments within DSO on horizon scanning and workplan development for the organisation
- Review and refine existing management systems, policies, and processes to enhance overall performance
- Develop and implement initiatives designed to address identified gaps and improve management effectiveness
- Assist with other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the Organisation Excellence department
Job Requirements
- Degree in any field
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to process and interpret data using relevant software and digital tools for generating data-driven insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage various stakeholders
- Able to lead projects and work collaboratively within a team
- Experience in organisational excellence and performance management, or a similar role, would be an advantage
