Purpose of the Role
The Learning Partner provides strategic learning advisory and delivers high-impact learning and development interventions to uplift organisational capability and enable high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning Advisory & Pathway Design
- Partner business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify current and future capability needs.
- Translate organisational priorities into structured learning pathways and practical delivery plans.
- Curate needs-based learning interventions that support role, functional and enterprise capability building.
- Measure programme effectiveness, business impact and return on investment.
- Leadership Learning & Development
- Support the end-to-end delivery of leadership programmes aligned to Income Insurance's leadership development framework.
- Ensure leadership programmes drive measurable behavioural change, strengthen people leadership practices and enable high-performing teams.
- Future-Fit Workforce Upskilling
- Accelerate workforce readiness through structured learning roadmaps, including AI and digital skills.
- Drive learner adoption across diverse employee demographics, including employees with different skill levels and work contexts.
- Partner government bodies such as IBF and WSG on funding, internal mobility and Career Conversion Programmes.
- Culture & Engagement
- Operationalise culture and engagement frameworks across business lines.
- Use engagement data and pulse metrics to identify trends and drive targeted action planning.
- Learning Sponsorship & Operations
- Steer learning sponsorship investment towards critical capability priorities, career pathways and measurable business outcomes.
- Coordinate with learning operations for end-to-end programme execution.
- Manage the assigned learning budget and track spend against agreed priorities.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years progressive experience in learning and organisation development, leadership development, talent development or HR business partnering.
- Financial services or insurance experience is advantageous.
- Proven track record in curriculum design, end-to-end programme management and leadership development frameworks.
- Strong facilitation experience is preferred.
