Automation Maintenance (Main)
- Provide GTP AMR/ ACR /AGV/4Way shuttle Maintenance
- Perform adhoc Troubleshooting and attend to operational issues for AMR/AGV/4 Way shuttle related
- Plan and execute servicing and maintenance plan 4WS/AMR/ACR.
- Responsibilities of operating and maintenance of the equipment.
- Spare parts Management and monitoring Stock absolution
- Improve and upgrade of the Automation equipment to improve performance
- Liaise closely with other departments on work schedule, especially operation.
- Keep record of maintenance, repairs, uptime I down time and spare part list and inventories.
- Prepare monthly Down time report and Spare inventory report.
- Prepare the KPI and Quality Procedure.
- Prepare the annual cost budget for maintenance.
- Resolve operational problem relating to the PLC control, sensors and conveyor systems and other electrical and /or mechanical installations.
- Source and replenish Automation spare parts.
- Standby support for Pallet ASRS 24/7 (with I point).
Project (As required)
- Support various Business unit, ongoing projects and for new projects
- Implement successful Automation solutions
- Commissioning of various warehouse automation projects such as ASRS, AMR, Auto Store and 4way shuttle
- Support global automation, innovation and modernisation warehouse projects
- Ensure projects are executed in a timely manner and completion timelines are adhered to
- To support warehouse solutioning and planning for new project, but not limit to- storage designs for optimization, warehouse product flow, space planning, update drawing etc.
- Compilation of all documents related to Facility & Project development department including equipment, building and equipment licenses, BCP, Risk assessment procedure updates and upkeep of documentation control.
- Preparing and reviewing of project cost comparison, project timeline and scheduling for facility projects as well as to Upkeep the records of the purchase and capture the cost incurred in the facility & Project department to update management on a regular basis.
- Performs other job-related duties as and when required by superior.
- Manage and supervise contractors work as well as liaising with consultants and authorities
Job Requirements
- Background in technical and implementation
- Experience in equipment implementation and service and support
- Proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint & AutoCAD
- Building inclusive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to problem solve, set priorities and deal with uncertainty
- International travelling will be on a need's basis.
