[What the role is]
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join the Media Industry Group (MIG)s Strategy and Planning team. The successful candidate will support internal coordination of strategic narratives/alignment, data tracking, and performance reporting efforts across the Group. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strong governance and alignment in the execution of initiatives that would shape the development of Singapore's media industry.

What You Will Work On
- Manage strategic, high impact projects and assignments across MIG divisions or across functions in the organisation.
- Synthesise insights and contribute to key reports/communication materials by facilitating information flow across teams and stakeholders.
- Assist in developing, integrating and tracking key performance indicators across different business units in MIG, to maximise synergies and maintain alignment across all levels, thus creating a coherent narrative to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely review/reporting of key workstreams and critical performance metrics.
- Support planning and execution of cross-division projects or initiatives, including research on trends, data consolidation, gap analysis, and post-project reviews.
- Stay informed of relevant industry developments (e.g. emerging tech trends or structural shifts) and flag implications for internal tracking or strategic review.
What We Are Looking For
- 36 years of relevant experience in policy/programme implementation, operations, business planning, project and stakeholder management, or corporate governance functions.
- Logical thinker, who is able to organise and synthesise information across a broad spectrum of business functions.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and deal with ambiguity while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle data tracking, reporting templates, and performance metrics with accuracy and consistency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare internal reports, consolidate feedback, and present updates clearly to senior management/stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player who builds good working relationships, and contributes positively to a lean and fast-moving team environment.
- Background in Public Policy, Business, Communications, or Social Sciences preferred, but not essential.
