Responsibilities :
Digital Marketing :
- Work with Head of Marketing to conceptualize and drive key marketing strategies, and to optimize digital marketing efficacy.
- Conceptualize and implement marketing strategies and campaigns (both online and offline), focusing on patient/user acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness.
- Develop and create content across various marketing platforms including website, social media, EDMs, print collateral etc.
- Drive strategic partnerships to profile the Group's doctors and acquire new patients.
- Manage marketing budget and implement tracking mechanisms to monitor marketing efficacy and ROI.
- Manage existing digital platforms including websites, marketing automation tools and social media. Implement and manage, if necessary, new digital tools.
- Active involvement in SEO and SEM efforts and the management of digital marketing agencies.
- Conduct data analysis based on Google Analytics to guide the planning and to optimize the execution of the marketing activities.
Account Management :
- Work closely with the business manager of assigned business units to support the growth of the relevant businesses.
- Regular engagement with doctors to develop marketing campaigns and provide post-mortem updates.
- Manage stakeholders through timely submission of deliverables, regular communications and updates on activities and marketing/patient acquisition metrics.
Qualifications :
. Strong client engagement and business negotiation skills
. Strong commercial mindset with a keen eye on revenue performance and outcomes
. Experience in internal stakeholders engagement
. At least 6 years of relevant work experience in area of sales & marketing, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical technology industries
. Team player and collaborative spirit
