Job Description

We are seeking a candidate to join the Investor Relations team to support the Group's ongoing growth and engagement with the capital markets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Investor Relations Strategy & Execution

  • Support the Head of Investor Relations in executing the Group's IR strategy, ensuring disciplined, consistent and accurate communication with the investment community.
  • Work closely with Group Corp Comms to ensure alignment across external messaging, disclosures and engagement activities.
  • Implement investor outreach and engagement initiatives in compliance with approved guidelines, disclosure policies and regulatory requirements, and exercise judgement on market‑sensitive matters, contributing to the stewardship of the Group's equity story and disclosure discipline.

Market & Investor Engagement

  • Act as a key point of contact for the global investment community, including institutional investors, analysts, retail shareholders, ESG/sustainability agencies and proxy advisers.
  • Plan and execute investor engagements, including results briefings, meetings, conferences, roadshows, non‑deal roadshows and site visits, in coordination with senior management and business leaders.
  • Maintain structured engagement records to support relationship management and insight generation.
  • Represent the Group in selected investor and analyst engagements, as appropriate

Financial Communications & Market Intelligence

  • Coordinate quarterly financial results briefings, market updates and regulatory announcements, working closely with the Company Secretary, Finance and business stakeholders.
  • Lead the preparation and updating of investor Q&A materials, incorporating scenario analysis, peer benchmarking and market‑sensitive topics.
  • Conduct peer and competitive analysis, including review of analyst reports, consensus forecasts, valuation metrics and key financial and operating indicators.
  • Analyse and synthesise investor and analyst feedback, market sentiment, ownership trends and share price movements, translating insights into actionable management inputs.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the Group's business fundamentals, valuation drivers and peer positioning.

Reporting, Shareholder & IR Platforms

  • Manage core IR materials and platforms, including the Annual Report, investor presentations, factsheets and the IR website, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance.
  • Support AGM‑related matters in collaboration with the Company Secretary, including preparation of presentation materials and shareholder Q&A.
  • Coordinate shareholder analysis and register updates with external service providers and maintain an up‑to‑date investor and analyst database.

Governance, Compliance & Best Practices

  • Monitor compliance with SGX disclosure requirements and corporate governance standards.
  • Support the adoption of IR best practices, including the responsible use of AI and data‑driven tools to enhance investor targeting, peer and sentiment analysis, consensus tracking, disclosure preparedness and workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain a robust internal knowledge base covering investor interests, IR issues, governance matters, regulatory disclosures and key market contacts.

Qualification requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate or financial communications, or capital markets–related roles, including at least 2 years of direct Investor Relations exposure in a listed or regulated environment.
  • Experience engaging institutional investors and sell‑side analysts is required.
  • Experience in a PR or IR advisory agency is an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

  • Strong financial and analytical capability, with a solid understanding of financial statements and the ability to engage confidently with research analysts and sophisticated investors.
  • Sound knowledge of equity valuation methodologies, capital markets dynamics and investor decision‑making.
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor industry trends, peer performance and market sentiment, and translate these into clear internal insights.
  • Proven judgement and discretion in handling market‑sensitive information and disclosures.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage credibly across senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Highly self‑driven, collaborative and results‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with IR platforms, digital channels and website management is an advantage.

  • More senior role consideration may be given to candidates who demonstrate strong judgement, the ability to represent the Group credibly in investor and analyst engagements, and the confidence to provide interpretive advice to senior management on market and valuation matters.
