Assistant Manager / Manager

Requirement

- B.S. degree in Engineering / Construction Management or relevant course

- With min. 5 - 8 years project engineering, management experience or equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary

- Preferably with construction industry background (Architectural & M&E)

- Able to work under stress and independently

- Able to converse in English & Mandarin

- Reporting to Senior Manager / Principal Director

Job Description

. To lead entire team for project execution ensuring within time, quality & cost

. Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan.

. Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.

. Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.

. Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.

. Key contact person in terms of communication via main con

. Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary

. Monitoring project progress and performance

. Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities

. Working closely with client to ensure the project meets business needs

. Monitoring of cost and cash flow.

. Certifying of progress claims (from sub-contractor).

. Carrying out Risk Assessment.

. Perform other project engineering and project management related duties.
