Job Description

We are looking for a strong analytical FP&A Assistant Manager/Manager who will drive group financial planning, consolidated reporting, and strategic analysis. You will provide analytical guidance on business unit activities and assist in providing dashboards, operational business insights and commentary on variances and key performance drivers to the executive leadership team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead the annual global budgeting and multi-year strategic planning process
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly rolling forecast cycles across all operating countries
  • Develop complex dynamic financial models to project long-term corporate performance
  • Establish standardized planning templates and timelines across the group
  • Partner with corporate functions (HR, IT, Legal) to manage HQ department budgets

Consolidation Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present variance analysis and commentary to explain monthly results against forecast/budget/prior year in a timely manner
  • Deliver monthly executive reporting packages
  • Recommend and drive cost-saving initiatives and help to promote a culture of innovation
  • Perform macroeconomic trend analysis and scenario planning for risk mitigation
  • Manage various other financial topics to support the team and provide ad-hoc support where needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A
  • Experience operating within a corporate headquarters or multinational corporate structure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to break down problems, draw insights from data and make recommendations to business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the business
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel required
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and Planning systems (e.g. Netsuite, Anaplan, Hyperion etc)
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Having SQL and data analysis experience is a plus
