What The Role Is
As a Manager / Assistant Manager for Financial Governance Department, you play a crucial role in ensuring an effective governance framework and managing the financial resources for the organization. You will also work closely with Finance departments on digitalisation and analytics initiatives.
What You Will Be Working On
- Review internal regulations, policies and enhance the financial governance framework
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships and use of banking products and services
- Evaluate the financial health of tenderers
- Analyse financial data to support reporting needs, leveraging analytics and visualisation tools to provide meaningful insights
- Understand requirements and automate finance processes using digital tools to enhance operational efficiency
Besides the above, you may also be assigned other ad-hoc initiatives as and when required.
You Have
What we are looking for
- A background in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualification with working experience in Finance
- Proficient in the use of open-source analytic tools (e.g. Python), visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Interest in reviewing financial policies to improve the control environment

- Engaging - Able to work with the different Finance teams and engage various stakeholders in JTC
