Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit MAS regulatory reports, surveys and compliance returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Monitor regulatory requirements and support the implementation of new or revised MAS regulations, including maintaining relevant documentation.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including receivables, payables, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
  • Support GST, tax returns, DOS surveys and other statutory reporting requirements.
  • Handle back-office and treasury operations, including FX, money market, derivatives, bonds, loans, securities and custody activities.
  • Process payment and settlement transactions including SWIFT, FAST, GIRO and wire transfers, while supporting ad hoc operational requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a wholesale or international banking environment.
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience with MAS regulatory reporting, including MAS 610, MAS 649 and related regulatory returns is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of corporate banking / corporate loan products and related operational processes.
