Assistant Manager / Manager (Financal & New Business Development)

Job Scope:

• Proceed with M&A project in Asia consumer sector as a team leader (planning, explore opportunities, negotiate with target company, analyze target company etc) by collaborating with internal/external parties.
• Developing new businesses internally in relation to the existing portfolio.
• Develop and expand asset management business (real estate, infrastructure, data center) in Asian region.
• Manage and support affiliated companies in Asian countries which the company has invested related to asset management business and private equity business.
• To support GM/DGM to manage department operation and business operations

• Over 10 years relevant experience.
• Min Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in principal investment and post investment management in operational company.
• Travel: Required (Yes) Frequency (1-2 per month).
• Professional and broad knowledge of M&A (valuation, negotiation, funding, investment structuring)
• Strong interpersonal skill of communication and negotiation between suppliers and users and other branch offices.
• Deep understanding of management of company (accounting, tax, human resource, financing, internal regulation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
