The successful candidate will be part of a team that formulates and implements policies to ensure the security and resilience of Singapores digital and info-communication networks and services.
Responsibilities
Undertake research, analysis and regular reviews of policies, governance frameworks and initiatives to enhance the security and resilience of digital and info-communication networks and services in Singapore.
Draft policies, governance frameworks and analysis, with structured and clear articulation of rationale supported by technical analysis and risk assessment.
Engage effectively with industry and other stakeholders on the formulation and implementation of policies, governance frameworks and initiatives.
Ensure industry compliance with policies and governance frameworks, through the monitoring and conduct of regular audits.
Investigate and initiate enforcement actions on non-compliance with policies and governance frameworks.
Requirements
Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields. Other disciplines may be considered with relevant experience.
Preferably with 2 - 3 years experience in info-communication field, with experience in policy making and risk assessment.
Knowledge in cloud, digital and info-communication networks (telecommunication and broadcasting) and associated technologies will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, writing and communication skills.
