The role will be responsible for initiating and growing strategic corporate partnerships, engaging businesses in meaningful, long-term collaboration aligned business objectives. The successful candidate will bring the capability, credibility, and insight to work with corporate stakeholders on transformational initiatives that support shared outcomes and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, develop, and manage relationships with prospective and existing corporate partners to secure financial support and long-term strategic collaborations
- Design and deliver high-quality partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, and funding submissions aligned to shared objectives and values
- Partner closely with internal project and delivery teams to co-create innovative corporate engagement and transformation initiatives
- Work in close collaboration with senior leadership to contribute to the planning and execution of corporate partnership and business development strategies
- Monitor market developments and corporate trends to identify new opportunities for partnership growth and revenue diversification
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of proven track record in B2B sales in a service environment, preferably in technology, hospitality and retail sector
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, including the ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with senior corporate stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail, with experience managing corporate accounts, budgets, and reporting requirements
