RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Brand Stewardship
Safeguard and strengthen NVPC's brand reputation by ensuring consistency in tone, messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints-from social posts to event collaterals and publications. Review and update the Corporate Identity guide as necessary.
2. Content Strategy & Creation
Conceptualise, develop and produce compelling content on giving, volunteerism and philanthropy for NVPC's website, social media and other marketing channels, including content that strengthens employer branding by showcasing NVPC's culture, people and impact.
3. Community & Channel Management
Monitor social media platforms, manage community engagement, respond to enquiries, and track performance metrics to optimise content effectiveness.
4. Website Management
Oversee the day-to-day management of NVPC's website, including content updates, user experience improvements, analytics tracking, and coordination with developers/vendors to ensure the site remains current, functional and aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
5. Integrated Marketing Communications
Collaborate with agencies and partners (including vendors and freelancers) to plan and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns, including the development and production of the annual report.
