Job Responsibilities

  • This role focuses on Rights Licensing of news and entertainment video footage, audio clip, image and article to commercial organisation, educational institution, and non-profit organisation.
  • Possess basic understanding of Intellectual Property Rights management and identify opportunities to exploit the content IP and footages.
  • Ability to oversee the entire sales process which includes drafting of licensing agreement, creation of sales orders and invoices, and ensuring materials are delivered on a timely manner.
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing customers to ensure continuing sales and develop new clientele to generate new sales.
  • Submission and management of tender for government projects related to footage content licensing.
  • Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver effective end results.
  • Prepare sales forecast and budget, monitor sales revenue against forecast and identify ways to deliver the sales numbers.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma holder.
  • Min 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing environment.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven and a multi-tasker who can handle various tasks simultaneously and independently.
  • Prior experience in IP rights licensing will be an added advantage.
