Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate with proven event management experience to support the planning and execution of concerts and large-scale events. The role involves coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring smooth on-ground operations.

Key Responsibilities:

. Plan, coordinate, and execute concert and event operations from pre-production to post-event

. Conduct hotel research, negotiation, and booking for crew and VIPs

. Arrange air travel, ground transportation, and logistics coordination

. Handle visa applications and travel documentation for the touring crew

. Manage manpower planning, including staffing requirements and on-site coordination

. Liaise with vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of services

. Monitor budgets, quotations, and cost control where required

. Provide on-site event support and troubleshooting during events

. Prepare reports, schedules, and operational documents

Requirements:

. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event management, preferably in concerts or live entertainment

. Strong organizational and multitasking skills

. Experience in travel logistics (hotel, flights, transport, visa arrangements) is essential

. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

. Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for work

. Good communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders

. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as the role requires communication with Mandarin speaking

crew from the region


Additional Information:

. Candidates should be adaptable, resourceful, and able to handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

. Prior experience handling artiste or tour logistics will be an advantage
