Assistant Manager / Manager (Cellular & RF Management)

About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented professional to support cellular and radio frequency (RF) management initiatives. This role involves conducting RF studies, field investigations, and supporting projects to ensure optimal network performance and effective spectrum utilization.

Key Responsibilities

. Conduct technical studies, analysis, and investigations in the radio frequency (RF) domain, including cellular network coverage audits, performance assessments, and RF coexistence analysis.

. Perform on-site RF activities independently, such as RF measurements, diagnostics, and issue investigations.

. Engage and coordinate with stakeholders including government agencies, mobile network operators, key partners, and members of the public.

. Support RF-related projects and initiatives as required.

. Assist in administrative and operational tasks to support the team and division's core functions.

. Participate in after-hours RF investigations when required, especially for time-sensitive or critical incidents.

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications or a related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience OR Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

. Solid knowledge of RF engineering principles and telecommunications system characteristics.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and conceptual thinking approach.

. Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

. A proactive, meticulous, and team-oriented individual.

. Possession of a Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
