Your work protects the legal interests of AIC, and plays a pivotal role in ensuring the making of informed decisions that best serve the Companys vision and mission to transform Singapores community care landscape!Repo

rting to the General Counsel, you will manage the legal affairs of AIC and advise on all the legal aspects arising from the transactions that the Company undertakes, including but not limited to the provision of legal support and services to the Business Divisions and Corporate Functions in their projects and programmes, so as to ensure the legal effectiveness and regulatory compliance of all of AICs policies and processes.Legal

equirements Degr

ee in Law from NUS, SMU, SUSS or scheduled universities under the Legal Profession (Qualified Persons) Rules. Entry level candidates are also welcome to apply. Admitted to the Singapore Bar. A 1-year post-qualification experience will be advantageous (but not crucial). Self-motivated, collaborative and adaptable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and interact with stakeholders. Working knowledge of corporate secretarial roles and functions is a bonus (although not essential).
