Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end project management and technical support for kiosk initiatives and new product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and modernization goals.
  • Establish realistic project timelines, milestones and deliverables in collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage projects within approved budgets, including cost tracking, vendor quotations, tender evaluations, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Support the tendering and contract drafting process, including preparation of technical specifications, evaluation of vendor proposals, and coordination with legal and procurement teams.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies. Recommend and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle, including risk identification and mitigation.
  • Plan coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario development, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Plan and coordinate project deployment and rollout, ensuring minimal operational disruption and effective change management.
  • Conduct post-implementation assessments and reviews to evaluate project outcomes, measure productivity gains and workflows improvements and follow up on action plans for any required fixes, enhancements, or optimizations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Prior experience in IT support, technical troubleshooting or similar roles is preferred, with hands-on exposure to hardware/software integration (e.g. kiosks or self-service devices).
  • Proficiency in planning, resource allocation, risk management and problem-solving.
  • Strong understanding of the business requirements and technical aspects related to projects, with familiarity in the Casino industry or equivalent is a plus.
  • Able to work independently and show resilience in the face of challenges and rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience in processing automation and workflow optimization.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skill for collaborating on and coordination skills with internal and external partners to ensure project success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess project outcomes, conduct post-implementation reviews, and recommend enhancements.
