Provide end-to-end project management and technical support for kiosk initiatives and new product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and modernization goals.
Establish realistic project timelines, milestones and deliverables in collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
Manage projects within approved budgets, including cost tracking, vendor quotations, tender evaluations, and cost optimization initiatives.
Support the tendering and contract drafting process, including preparation of technical specifications, evaluation of vendor proposals, and coordination with legal and procurement teams.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies. Recommend and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle, including risk identification and mitigation.
Plan coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario development, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-off.
Plan and coordinate project deployment and rollout, ensuring minimal operational disruption and effective change management.
Conduct post-implementation assessments and reviews to evaluate project outcomes, measure productivity gains and workflows improvements and follow up on action plans for any required fixes, enhancements, or optimizations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in project management.
Prior experience in IT support, technical troubleshooting or similar roles is preferred, with hands-on exposure to hardware/software integration (e.g. kiosks or self-service devices).
Proficiency in planning, resource allocation, risk management and problem-solving.
Strong understanding of the business requirements and technical aspects related to projects, with familiarity in the Casino industry or equivalent is a plus.
Able to work independently and show resilience in the face of challenges and rapidly changing environment.
Experience in processing automation and workflow optimization.
Effective communication and interpersonal skill for collaborating on and coordination skills with internal and external partners to ensure project success.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess project outcomes, conduct post-implementation reviews, and recommend enhancements.
