JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Kleen-Pak's products and services.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitive offerings, and other business issues within assigned territories.
Effectively manage sales accounts across various sectors, including modern trade, general trade, distributors, and hospitality, food, and catering industries.
Nurture and strengthen customer relationships with buyers, outlet personnel, and relevant parties with a focus on exceptional service.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure route coverage, monitor competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
Drive the acquisition of new accounts and the promotion of existing and new products to both current and prospective clients.
Develop and implement sales promotion strategies and budgets to surpass channel sales goals.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute effective sales activities and promotions, enhancing product visibility and consumer engagement.
Present and propose new product listings to supermarket chains, actively engaging in negotiations for optimal product display space and rental during promotional periods.
Negotiate contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients.
Collaborate with Sales Support to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Promptly address and resolve complaints, coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and satisfactory issue resolution.
Lead and supervise a team of merchandisers to ensure regular outlet visitation to ensure ample product availability and optimal product display.
Provide coaching and support to enhance the sales capabilities of team members.
Conduct thorough analyses and evaluations, reporting to the Business Development Manager and Management on sales performance, competitor pricing, activities, and customer feedback. Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to drive sustainable growth.
Ensure compliance with operational, ISO and GMP procedures and standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
Possess strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to present ideas effectively and influence key stakeholders.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in sales reporting, data analysis, and customer relationship management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
